This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 coupe underwent a comprehensive 450-hour restoration in 2024, which included a full rebuild, balancing, and blueprinting of the 302ci V8 engine, now equipped with a Holley Cross-Ram induction system. The exterior, originally Hugger Orange, was refreshed with Dover White rally stripes, and new rocker panel moldings, bumpers, and badges were added. Notable features include a cowl induction hood, a Muncie four-speed manual transmission, PosiTraction differential, power disc brakes, refinished 15″ Rally wheels, and coated headers. Inside, the black vinyl-trimmed cabin showcases a Hurst shifter, auxiliary gauges, and a Pioneer cassette stereo. The car is being offered with an NCRS Shipping Data Report, a build summary, and a clean Indiana title.

Factory-finished in Hugger Orange, the car was restored with Dover White rally stripes. The grille was repainted, and replacement moldings and badges were installed. Additional features include a cowl induction hood, front and rear spoilers, and chrome bumpers.

The 15″ Rally wheels were refinished and fitted with new beauty rings, and the car features power steering with power-assisted front disc brakes. A close-up image of a Delco Moraine caliper is provided in the gallery.

Interior upgrades under previous ownership include a replacement headliner, parcel shelf, carpeting, and black vinyl upholstery on the front bucket seats and rear bench. Weather seals, door hardware, and the shifter boot were also replaced, with the trunk being resealed and repainted. Other features include a Hurst shifter, a Pioneer cassette stereo, and front shoulder belts.

The car is equipped with a replacement Comfort Grip steering wheel, framing a 120-mph speedometer and fuel gauge, while auxiliary gauges for amperage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are mounted below the dash. The five-digit odometer displays 6,500 miles, believed to have rolled over once.

In 2024, the 302ci V8 engine was rebuilt, balanced, and blueprinted, with detailed records of the work available. The engine block was machined, hot-tanked, and pressure tested, while the crankshaft was micro-polished. Forged TRW pistons, floating I-beam connecting rods, stainless-steel valves, and a Melling oil pump were used in the rebuild. The engine is equipped with a Holley Cross-Ram induction system featuring custom carburetors.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a PosiTraction differential. The transmission was serviced, received new clutch components, and the underbody was steam-cleaned and refinished. Coated headers lead to a dual exhaust system.
