This 1950 Chevrolet 3100 five-window pickup has been repainted in red and features a black interior from its previous owner. It is powered by a later-model 235ci inline-six engine paired with a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The current owner acquired the truck in 2019, during which several maintenance tasks were performed, including the installation of an electric fuel pump, carburetor cleaning and adjustment, and chassis lubrication.
The truck boasts numerous customizations such as an adjustable windshield visor, a driver-side spotlight, headlight visors, blue-dot taillights, wooden stake bed sides, and triple side moldings on each fender. It rides on red 16″ wheels with chrome hubcaps and trim rings, complemented by whitewall tires. Braking is managed by four-wheel drums, and the chassis received lubrication under the current ownership. The bed includes a wood cargo floor, wooden stake bed sides, and white lettering on the tailgate, though the gallery below shows some paint chips, dings, and other imperfections.
Inside the cab, there is a black vinyl bench seat along with an AM radio, glovebox, cabin heater, and a Brodie knob on the steering wheel, although the horn is non-functional. The dashboard features an 80-mph speedometer and additional gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and amperage. The odometer displays 44,000 miles, with around 100 miles added by the current owner, while the total mileage remains unknown.
The replacement 235ci inline-six engine, sourced from a later Chevrolet model, was installed by the previous owner. Recent services include the installation of an electric fuel pump, carburetor cleaning and adjustment, and an oil change. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission.
This five-window pickup is now available on dealer consignment and comes with an operator’s manual and a clean Wyoming title.
