This 1967 Chevrolet Impala sport coupe was initially delivered to Regina Motor Products Ltd. in Regina, Saskatchewan. According to the seller, a friend discovered it in a snow bank at an Ontario service station in 1979 and sold it to him for $225. Since then, it has undergone numerous modifications and restorations. The frame was swapped, and the seats and door panels were replaced in the mid-1980s. The exterior received a new finish in 2003, and the carpeting was updated in 2011. A fuel-injected 350ci V8 crate engine was installed around 2015, and a three-speed automatic transmission, rebuilt in 2011, was added under current ownership.

The car boasts 15″ Rally-style wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, Classic Auto Air air conditioning, aftermarket cruise control, a modern stereo system, and tilt steering. The Impala is now being sold with shop manuals, historical photos, a magazine feature, and an Ontario registration in the seller’s name.

In 2003, the car was repainted blue. The front fenders and hood were replaced after the seller’s 1979 purchase, and the frame was swapped in the mid-1980s with one from a 1968 Chevrolet station wagon. During this process, the driver’s floor pan was replaced, and the rear quarter panels were widened during the 2003 repaint. A third brake light was also added. Unfortunately, the right front fender and door sustained damage in 2024 while exiting a parking garage.

The 15″ Rally-style wheels are fitted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires sized 235/60. The car features power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes and power steering. The shocks and front sway bar bushings were replaced in 2017.

Inside, the cabin has front and rear bench seats covered in blue cloth and vinyl. The seats and door panels were replaced in 1986, and the carpeting was updated in 2011. Sound-deadening insulation was added in 2016. Additional features include Classic Auto Air air conditioning, aftermarket cruise control, and a Retrosound stereo with Boston Acoustics speakers.

The three-spoke steering wheel, which has cracks, is mounted on an aftermarket tilting column. The dashboard includes a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and an aftermarket tachometer, along with a trio of AutoMeter Ultra-Lite II gauges mounted beneath. The five-digit odometer reads 91k miles, with approximately 51k added by the current owner. The total mileage is unknown.

The 350ci V8 crate engine, installed around 2015, includes electronic fuel injection, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and an aluminum radiator. Dynamometer results from March 2024 show peak outputs of 214 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque. A mini high-torque starter was installed in 2023. The seller notes that the fuel tank was replaced during the frame swap, and a quick-ratio steering rack has been added.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission installed under the current ownership. This transmission was rebuilt in 2011, and the differential and rear axles were rebuilt and replaced in 2013.
