This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air two-door convertible is powered by a 283ci V8 engine featuring Rochester fuel injection. After the seller acquired it via BaT in May 2023, it was upgraded with a four-speed 4L60E automatic transmission, Wilwood disc brakes, and a new master cylinder. Originally restored in the 1990s, the car sports a red exterior with a red and silver interior. Key features include a white soft top, 14″ wheels, a Continental kit, and a push-button AM radio. The body, previously refinished in red, is complemented by a white soft top, ribbed aluminum tail-fin inserts, and a rear Continental kit. Other exterior elements include hood-mounted wind splits, rear fender skirts, and chrome bumpers, with some wear noted on the soft top.
After the seller’s acquisition, Wilwood disc brakes and a master cylinder were installed. The 14″ body-colored wheels are equipped with covers and wrapped in 7.50″ Firestone Deluxe Champion wide-whitewall tires.
