This 1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe two-door sedan was originally purchased new by the seller’s spouse’s grandfather and later sold in the 1960s. Decades later, in the early 2000s, the family reacquired the car, transforming it into a street rod around 2012. It was repainted in metallic gray, and its body was mounted on a 1980s F-body frame. A 350ci V8 engine was installed, paired with a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear end. Customizations include a two-tone gray interior with front bucket seats, a Hurst shifter, a backup camera, an aluminum dashboard, and a Kenwood head unit.

The car is further equipped with an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, a Rochester four-barrel carburetor, exhaust headers, American Racing 15” alloy wheels, power steering, and four-wheel disc brakes. It is offered with a car cover, service records dating back to 2011, and a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s name.

The metallic gray steel body sits on a mid-1980s Pontiac Trans Am frame, complemented by a polished grille, stainless steel bumpers, V-shaped windshield, chrome side mirrors, and front turn signals. American Racing 15” wheels with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires support the car, which features an independent front suspension, power-assisted steering, and four-wheel disc brakes with a dual-circuit master cylinder.

Inside, gray-trimmed front bucket seats, a rear bench, and door panels are highlighted, along with a Hurst shifter, backup camera, and Kenwood KDC-MP345U head unit paired with Scosche speakers. The steering wheel has a Firebird horn button and is mounted on a tilting column. The custom aluminum dashboard houses gauges for speed, RPM, fuel, oil pressure, and coolant temperature, though the total mileage is unknown.

The 350ci V8 crate engine includes an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, Rochester carburetor, aluminum radiator, and tubular exhaust headers with a dual exhaust system featuring Cherry Bomb mufflers. The electrical system has been updated to 12-volt with a trunk-mounted battery and ATC fuse panel, while power is delivered to the rear wheels via the TH400 transmission and a 10-bolt rear end. Rust is noted on some underbody components, and service records and period photos of the car are available.
